About Us
AZ Premier Flag Football was formed in 2021 by a group of 7 experienced NFL Flag coaches, administrators, referees, and former players. Each of the 7 partners have an equal stake in promoting and presenting the best family-oriented flag football available anywhere in Arizona. As we have progressed and grown, the goal continues to be for AZ Premier to offer the best flag football experience in Mesa and other East Valley cities, along with Tucson (Vail) to help fuel the incredible growth of flag football for all of SE Maricopa County and Arizona. We currently operate in Mesa, Queen Creek, Chandler, Tempe, and Vail. We have plans to expand to northern cities along with additional east valley locations.
In the 5 years of operation, AZ Premier has grown to become the largest and the best NFL Flag operation in Arizona, with over 5000 annual participants. The first season in Mesa, AZ we had 119 registrants! We have been nominated for multiple awards through NFL/RCX sports including Rookie league of the year, and Best overall operation for large flag football organizations.

Our Mission
We will be family focused to ensure every participant will get a positive experience and want to come back to play with AZ Premier for many seasons to come. Family. Fun. Football. We will include everyone in our program, and help anyone in need to give all the opportunity to play flag football!
Why Choose Us?
Arizona Premier Flag has seen enormous growth over the course of our 5 years of operation. We treat every family as one of our own, and encourage inclusive participation. This means we will help any child who wants to play, but may be restricted by economics, or has a physical limitation. We welcome ALL kids and set up programs so ALL can enjoy the flag football experience. We hire and train our own officials, many who have played and come through our program! This ensures the ability to train and drives expectations for consistency.
Our playoffs will include all teams and divisions. ALL winners will be awarded championship rings.
SPECIAL NEEDS
We are a truly Inclusive league operation, not restricted by any handicap, financial limitation, or hardship.
LEAGUE PLUS CAMPS
Along with our three seasons of league operation, We run a series of skills camps with our partner organization CAB Training, to help all kids progress and develop.
TOURNAMENTS
We run one or two tournaments a year for all club and recreation teams. We discount ANY and ALL AZ Premier teams that want to participate in our open tournaments.
REGIONAL CHAMPIONS
We run our own AZ Premier Regional Playoff, where the winners of our Mesa, Queen Creek, Chandler/Tempe and Vail divisions are invited to compete in a one day Regional Event to determine the overall AZ Premier Regional Champion!
